“When we are no longer able to change a situation - we are challenged to change ourselves.”
- Victor E. Frankel
My passion is helping people gain deeper perspectives and fuller appreciation for all of life’s ups and downs.
With sincere empathy and zero judgment, we’ll unpack the experiences that shaped you and develop the inner compassion that allows you to move forward. We’ll explore your conscious and unconscious relationship patterns and help you develop insight and strategies, so that you can live your best life.
Are you ready to transform your struggles into opportunities for growth?

Hi! I’m Simone.
15 years ago, I found my calling. I am deeply passionate about helping people heal and thrive.
Viktor Frankl once said, “The meaning of my life is to help others find meaning in theirs,” and I couldn’t agree more.
I became a therapist because I love listening to people’s stories, whether sad, happy, painful or peaceful.
People need to tell their stories. Telling your story is incredibly validating and healing. And what is amazing is that although we all have our unique journey, human emotions are so universal.
I connect on a personal, human level through compassion and empathy and use my theoretical training and knowledge to help support my clients release the past and embrace the present.
